The Index System About Coastline Control Of Reclamation

Aimed to protect limited natural coastal line in fast social-economic developing region, This study established a sea areas reclamation feasibility assessment from viewpoint of huge complex system of resources-environment-society-economic in coastal region. First,13 representative and operative indices were selected by method of experts consultation. Then analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was employed to calculate weight of the indices and their hierarchical threshold. This assessment applied in Dalian region. And the coastal line in Dalian region was divided into 6 sub-regions with 26 coastal line segments. Priority reclamation coastal line, restricted reclamation coastal line and prohibition reclamation coastal line were draft by the indices calculation and the huge complex system assessment.
