Currently, there is few research results about agricultural products logisticsnetwork planning methods. It lacks of a kind of agricultural logistics network planningmethods that makes supply points, distribution point and demand point combineeffectively so that plan can not adapt to the evolving needs of the agricultural marketlevel because of lack of understanding of the capacity of supply demand anddistribution.Therefore, to improve agricultural products logistics network planning,there is certain theoretical significance and value that proposes new agriculturallogistics network planning methods by studing relationship of the supply, demand anddistribution.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and basic theory of agriculturalproducts logistics network planning, including agricultural products logistics networkconcepts and the production function and data envelopment analysis. Secondly, thispaper proposed new agricultural logistics network planning methods. Specifically, thepaper proposed the basic concepts of agricultural products logistics supply capacityindex, potential demand index, supply and demand state index and distribution centersefficiency index, constructed supply, demand, distribution index system of agriculturalproducts logistics network planning, builded the agricultural products logistics supplycapability index model, agricultural products logistics potential need index model andagricultural logistics distribution center location model, gave the Matlab algorithm forthese models. Agricultural products logistics network supply points, distribution points,demand points can be connected effectively through these models. Agricultural productslogistics network planning methods can be achieved theoretically. Finally, the validityof the method is verified. Specifically, the paper verified the effectiveness of three coremodels of the planning method by the planning process of Xingtai City distributioncenter of agricultural supply and marketing cooperatives. Therefore, the effectiveness ofthe agricultural product logistics network planning methods is validated.
