More than ten years, due to the public and many scholars pay more attention on wetland landscape pattern changes; the most important study is on the landscape change of wetland ecological system. Meanwhile, because of human activity and natural interference the two factors, wetland landscape pattern can be changed as ecological environment and the structure and function changing. Therefor, the study on the wetland landscape pattern, may provide the foundation for the management, protection on wetland ecological system and recovery of damaged ecosystem wetland ecological system. In this paper, we set the Shankou Mangrove Reserve as the research object, by the maens of the remote sensing data which we got, field survey and other metrials, among them, the remote sensing data is2005and2009TM image, using GIS, got the landscape classification and extracted landscape information of Shankou Mangrove Reserve. Then building the landscape index system to research the changes on Shankou Mangrove Reserve’s landscape, and do change analysis. This paper is not only beneficial to Shankou Mangrove Reserve ecological system protection and recovery, but also for sustainable development to provide the theoretical basis. In this paper, we could confirm the the scale range of Yingluo is (75m, 130m), and Dandou is (55m,90m). In order to unify the scale of the two reserves, we chose the90m as the suitable scale to analyse the landscape pattern. Using Fragstats3.3, we got the landscape pattern result between the year of2005and2009. Through the analysis of the results, we got the variation tendency, and the landscape indexes had few change. And the landuse types and strength of two reserves had changed. In Yingluo reserve, the construction land, grassland, forestland, and waters had decreased, the plough had inceresed. In Dandou reserve, the plough, waters and useless land had decreased, the construction land, grassland, forestland had inceresed.
