428XL is produced for the land seismic acquisition system by the Sercel of French, it also is the most advanced instrument of the world. The biggest different of the428XL is to achieve network-wide management compared to other instrument. The system of interface is changed from Unix to Windows. This is more conducive to be operated and maintained by the operator.During the fracturing project, the stratum will crack after be injected into the fracturing fluid. The seismic waves will be transmitted on earth’s surface. The data of seismic wave is recorded by428XL. After processed the data, we can get more accurate direction and depth of the fracturing, and the more accurate estimation of oil and gas reserves.It is the first time that we record Micro-seismic data in the fracturing of Heye-1#by the428XL in2011. In order to ensure the implementation of the project and record the more complete data, we must research the method of the connection from the fracturing instrument to428XL. We must research the various equipment failures that may be appeared in fracturing.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the research of the preparation work of fracturing. Including:1) introduce the428XL seismic instrument.2) the common failure and solution of Network—Attached Storage.3) FDU-428test and Geophone sensor test.4) Change the system line of428XL and analysis the principle. The second part is the constriction of Heye-1#. Including:1) Establish the survey of field spread in the fracturing project.2) Set up parameters of428XL.3) Faults and solutions of speared. The third part is the summary of Heye-1#.Through research the method of428XL in fracturing, we can form standard operating procedures. So that it will be changed easier and faster that we can achieve the Micro-seismic project in the future.
