| The accurate meteorological observation process makes meteorological career developing so fast and meteorological measurement is becoming more and more important.Combined with the practical needs of the institutions, this thesis proposed a program of metrological verification system. First, it introduces in detail the structure of the system’s software and the standard instrument, principle, workflow, structure configuration of the hardware. Secondly, it explains how data transmit and quality control from the meteorological telecommunication networks, information transmission type, quality management, quality control, data acquisition quality control, operational control and industry standards. At last, it makes a conclusion and predicts the future of metrological verification technology. |
