With the increasing attention of marine resources and marine environment,the technical requirements for marine meteorological observation are also becoming increasingly urgent.At present,the acquisition of marine meteorological data in China mainly relies on limited marine meteorological observation stations and related satellite remote sensing means.To this end,relying on the support of the National Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Research and Development Project,the Meteorological Observation Center of China Meteorological Administration has organized a number of units to jointly develop marine meteorological drift observation instruments with fully independent intellectual property rights,which provides a new technical means and equipment for China's marine meteorological observation.This project is derived from the project "Marine Meteorological Drifting Instrument Data Application System" initiated by the Meteorological Observation Center of CMA.It aims to develop a software platform suitable for the characteristics of marine drifting observation instruments developed by China,which can realize the functions of collecting,quality control,storage,processing and display of data related to marine meteorological drifting observation instruments.At the same time,the system integrates and processes other relevant information to provide basic data support services,drift monitoring status monitoring,full life cycle management and drifting observation instrument deployment decision-making for the marine meteorological observation service.The paper first introduces the background and research status at home and abroad of the construction of marine meteorological drifting observation data application system.Then,the paper introduces related theories and technologies such as marine meteorological data,isosurface rendering and drifting instrument deployment in system development.In order to improve the accuracy and practicability of marine meteorological observation data,the third chapter proposes a new ocean drifting buoy data quality control model based on interest degree association rule mining algorithm,which provides reliable assurance of observation data quality for the platform.Then from the perspective of demand analysis,the paper introduces the structure of the system and the functional design requirements of each module,the selection and design of the database.After that the paper designs and develops each module in detail.Finally,the system is tested for functionality and related performance.The marine meteorological drifting observation instrument data application system developed in this paper satisfies requirements of the project,completes relevant objectives,and provides necessary basic data support and platform system support for the follow-up work of the marine meteorological observation service of CMA Meteorological Exploration Center.After being tested and debugged,the system has been put into trial operation and achieved good results.
