GPS software receiver is an important research content in satellite navigation filed,and thereal-time is one of the most important standard to measure GPS software receiver. In this thesis thereal-time GPS software receiver is a foundation. This thesis studies the GPS baseband signaltracking algorithm, the navigation solution algorithm and the navigation solution algorithm in DSPplatform of how to realize.For GPS baseband signal tracking algorithm, this thesis through studies the structure andperformance of code ring and carrier ring make the two together into one complete tracking loop. Itis not only used advanced algorithms but also simplified the overall structure of tracking loop. Thethesis also according to the tracking loop each part of the calculation amount of different, proposedusing multithread improved tracking to the overall process. This method through the reasonablethread scheduling can reduce tracking loop running time, so that helps to raise GPS softwarereceiver of real-time.For GPS navigation solution algorithm, this thesis discuss the bit synchronization, navigationdata decoding, satellite position the solution, pseudorange calculation and the solution of receiverposition. In the realization of the position of the receiver for calculating process that focuses on theresearch satellite is more than4stars by the least square method. The thesis also gives the solutionalgorithm simulation of navigation and test results, and the test results show that the results and theexact result for the gap between7to10m.For the realization of the GPS navigation solution algorithm in DSP, First of all, according toTMS320C6747asked to choose this one DSP chip, then detailed introduce how to design DSPsystem. This system includes system hardware design, software design and software optimization,etc. The last test the system, test results show that the system performance and the precision arereached a high level.
