Application Research Of Cost Management In Software Project Based On System Dynamics

On the basis of system dynamics research at domestic and abroad, thisarticle first describes the cost management of software project, analyzethe main factors affecting management cost; then according to systemdynamics theory and modeling steps, establish four subsystem points ofsoftware project implementation: implementation subsystem, humanresources subsystem, work pressure and overtime subsystem, andduration subsystem; and try to integrate the four subsystems according tothe mutual feedback relationship in between, the efficiency of team workand the effect degree of correct rate formed a perfect software projectmanagement system dynamics model contains hundreds of variables.The system dynamics modeling project verify inevitable factor of the"software crisis", but also proves the classical managementlaws---Brooks’Law Under the premise of the model is shown to beeffective, a cross-analysis of multiple factors of management strategies fordelayed software projects, and also gives some meaningful suggestions fordifferent projects focuses on the cost or schedules.This article is intended to introduce system dynamics to systematicthinking of software project cost management, establishes a kinetic modelof software project, and provides a platform for project quantitativeanalysis. Readers can rebuild the model according to the model equations and pictures, increase project management analysis and parameteradjustments, hoped that the model can provide a useful reference for theresearchers and managers.
