With the teacher’s professional development and teacher knowledge researchgradually thorough, people not only pay attention to teachers’ knowledge of the theory,but also focus on the teachers’ own practical knowledge. At present, research onTeachers’ practical knowledge has become the hot issue in the study of teachers’knowledge and important content. Teachers’ practical knowledge is from the teachingpractice to obtain and accumulate gradually is situational, practice, individualcharacteristic. As for normal students free education practice in Teachers Colleges inthe training of normal school students plan provided important practice course, is tocontact the education theory and education practice link, but also their own teachers’practical knowledge generation and refinement process. Therefore, in the practiceteaching process free normal students’ practical knowledge is worth us to furtherinvestigate the generation.This article through the questionnaire survey and individual interview onmathematics of tuition-free normal college students in the education practice ofteacher’s practical knowledge of the current situation and influencing factors ofinvestigation, research shows, mathematics tuition-free normal college students’practical knowledge is the relative lack of; in the practice of the influencing factors onMathematics Specialty of tuition-free normal college students’ practice knowledge ofinfluence degree existence difference; two teachers on mathematics free normalstudents’ practical knowledge guidance; education practice for a short time, teachersdid not fully play the guiding role, practice base of educational practice lack ofenough attention is not conducive to the education practice in the process oftuition-free normal college students majoring in Mathematics Teachers’ practicalknowledge the important factor of the improvement.At the end of the article are proposed to promote the free normal education in thepractice of teachers’ practical knowledge development proposal: an extension of timeof education practice, the reasonable arrangement of practice; optimizing teacher team,to enhance teachers’ role; improve the practice base’s attention and support degree.
