In order to realize test, calibration, performance evaluation and observation test requirements of automatic weather stations of the sensor, This article designed automatic weather stations test system based on wireless sensor network. By using of object-oriented program design methods, delphi development tools and database technology, This paper design and development automatic test system of Automatic weather stations. Using wireless sensor network and Zigbee technology, for temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, wind direction wind speed sensor for wireless networking testing. This article mainly introduced the test of temperature sensor.The sensor test system has two partsiThe PC and sensor test network. PC software is composed of serial communication, equipment management, automatic control, data display, data storage, test data calibration. Sensor test network is composed of high precision dry body furnace, temperature standard and measured wireless sensor node. Measured wireless sensor nodes accompany with standard are sealed into the dry body furnace, then add into the network builded by coordinator and send data to coordinator. Coordinator, standard, and dry body furnace are connected to PC through RS232interface to data communication. Using test data, calibrating the sensor and analysis static performance index of the sensor.From the calibrated wireless sensors, selected high precision temperature sensor comply with the requirements of the technical indexes for emperature field observation test. The field observation test system are composed by instrument shelter, wireless thermometer nodes, radiation cover and observation software.In the long-term process of outdoor experiments, hard to avoid appearing system failure, Causing test data mistakes, So adopt the observation data as the samples, we build mathematical model to study the quality control of test data. Analysis the interpolation precision of various methods. and using the best quality control algorithm to eliminate the error data. In order to increase the reliability of the test.The actual test shows that the system is stable, reliable, and has simplicity of operation, friendly interface and Function strong etc.
