Research On Team Action Of Cooperative Innovation Project In The Process Of Relational Risk Perception

In the context of economic globalization, any enterprise is not an "isolated island", so, if you want to get big progress in an increasingly competitive market environment, the enterprise should help each other and cooperate. Luckily, most of companies recognize the importance of cooperation and put efforts. However, cooperation is not easy, especially the high failure rate under the premise of technical cooperation. Analyze the reasons and the law in this cooperation, we found that the relational risk is increasingly becoming an insurmountable problem in the process of cooperation. From risk theory, we know that subjective perception of risk can containment relational risk effectively. But, what the collaborative innovation team’s role is has been in an unknown state in the perception of risk. so, this paper came into being in this context.Based on3aspects of research at home and broad--"Cooperation and Innovation program""relational risk""perception of risk", and analysis of research status on cooperation&innovation, risk perception, combined with interview’s information, we propose our research theme--"Research on cooperative innovation program’s team role in the process of relation risk perception ", through induction and deduction. The article is the integrated use of management theory, cooperation&innovation theory, the idea of system engineering, psychology and other multi-disciplinary knowledge.The full paper is divided into five chapters, as follows:The1st chapter:Introduction. In the part of introduction, Paper briefly expounds the background, reviews research status at home and broad, introduces the basic idea of research.The2nd chapter:Research on basic principles. This chapter focuses on the study of the basic theory researching, such as research object, research subject.The3rd chapter:Model construction of team role in the perception of relational risk. Some main concepts of definition, measures of main variables, the model architecture will be attracted more attention.The4th chapter:Empirical analysis process and results. The fourth chapter is the research core chapters, mainly through the questionnaire design and distribute, and survey to make data reliability, validity analysis, and then make hypothesis testing based on related research tools.The last chapter is conclusion and prospect. In this chapter, we make a brief summary about some hypothesis tests that proposed in the4th chapter first, and then put forward innovations of the research, points out disadvantages of research and the future research prospects in risk perception.
