With the rapid development of electromagnetic wave, dielectric is more and moreimportant in antenna design, electrical circuit design and stealth and anti-stealthtechnology etc. Some metals (such as gold, silver) perform the characteristics of themedium,especially when the frequency of the electromagnetic wave equals that of thevisible light, and further produce the diffraction phenomenon. In this paper, SurfaceIntegral Equation(SIE)is used to solve the electromagnetic properties of the medium, Itcan largely reduce the unknowns compared to the Volume Integral Equation (VIE),Thetraditional basis function (like SWG basis function) definitions the basis function in thepublic edge or public face, this requires the division unit is in pairs, but conformalmeshing will also increase the difficulty of the geometric modeling. This paper adopteda volume basis function defined in a single unit of the meshing, in this method, we canadopt non-conformal meshing, especially suitable for those objects containing fine andcomplicated structures, Integral Equation Fast Fourier Transformation(IE-FFT)is a fastalgorithm without Low frequency collapse. In order to increase matrix-vectormultiplication in the iteration, here we use the integral equation-fast Fouriertransformation combined with the non-conformal volume integral equation, PMCHWcombined with IE-FFT method.At first, the basic principle and implementation process of the MOM(method ofmoment) is introduced in detail, respectively including surface integral equation andvolume integral equation. The triangular and tetrahedron units are used to simulategeometric shape of the target. Here we choose to add and subtract a singular part to dealwith the singularity.Secondly, Integral Equation Fast Fourier Transformation(IE-FFT)is also under inresearch, including its principle and detailed implementation process.Thirdly, this paper introduces the surface integral equation based on equivalentprinciple method, and compares the precision and iterative convergence with severalcommon used surface integral equation, meawhile, combining PMCHW with IE-FFTmethods,further, Investigating the calculation accuracy of near field using the PMCHW, and its application to the simulation and computation of nano-antenna, what is more, italso introduces a method called CRM to solve the combination’s problem.Fourth, this paper introduces a kind of non-conformal volume integral, the basisfunction which is defining on the single mesh used to discrete the electric field, it canreduce the difficulty of the geometric modeling, and further combine this method withintegral equation fast Fourier transform method, which are used to speed up the solutionof the matrix. Further, the non-conformal volume-surface integral equation(VSIE) isimproved to calculate the typical metal and dielectric composite structure’selectromagnetic scattering problems, and then we can get some useful conclusion.Finally, some examples of surface plasma are simulated, and then wediscuss the factors which affect the enhanced characteristics of the surface plasma field.
