First of all, reviewed the domestic andforeign relevant research of climate change and habitat environment, and introduces thepurpose, content and related theory basis. On the basis of analyze the natural, social andeconomic conditions change of Liaoning coastal cities in recent years, select the climate datafrom1951to2010, using the method of anomaly, climate tend to rate, five-year movingaverage and Mann-Kendall test to analyze the basic climate change characteristics The resultsshowed: temperature changes grow a warming trend by the rate of0.311℃/10a, which isconsistent with global temperature change characteristics; Precipitation, wind speed andrelative humidity was a downward trend, tendency were-12.795mm/10a,-0.193m/s/10a,-0.678%/10a; The meteorological elements in the period1960-1980had evident mutations. Inthis climate context, carried out in Liaoning coastal urban climate comfort evaluation bycalculating human comfort index. The results showed that the living climate comfort inLiaoning coastal cities is good over the past60years, the BCMI showed a clear upward trendduring1951to2010, which is consistent with global warming. Most people feel comfortablefrom April to October, and the most comfortable months are from June to September.Predict the future climate comfort development trend in Liaoning coastal cities by themethod of R/S analysis. It was found that the Hurst values of elements were greater than0.5,indicating that in the future temperature will continue to raise, precipitation, wind speed andrelative humidity to maintain the current decreasing trend, the BCMI in Liaoning costal will increase The correlation analysis found that the temperature and wind speed are the mostimportant factors of climate comfort.
