As the construction and the production of material, magnetic materialquality is vital to economic development. The magnetic properties offerromagnetic materials is a standard measure of quality of ferromagneticmaterials is good or bad, the important basis and the magnetization curveand hysteresis loop is to obtain the magnetic properties of magneticmaterials parameters. Therefore, magnetic properties and measurement ofmagnetic parameters testing of ferromagnetic materials, is a veryvaluable research topic.This paper is based on the principle of measurement of magneticproperties of magnetic materials,, developed a new system of magneticproperties and parameters of LabVIEW software based on the measurementof material, the measurement system for magnetic parameters quickly andaccurately, human-computer interaction and visualization degree is high,operation is simple and easy to understand. Device system consists of4parts, the pulse magnetic field generating device of DAQ data acquisitioncard, U shape ferrite detection probe, NI and upper computer virtualinstrument LabVIEW signal acquisition system, the system complete drawinghysteresis magnetization curve, and accurately gathered importantmagnetic parameters.Experimental procedure: the measured magnetic material and U shapedprobe bound feet, probe are respectively wound induction coil andexcitation coil, the three part of the closed magnetic circuit, pulsemethod using device box measuring magnetic material discharge treatment, generating excitation current and voltage signals in the coil U probe,through the high-speed data acquisition card DAQ of NI company after theacquisition, data processing by computer. The upper computer uses LabVIEWvirtual instrument, draw the magnetization curve and hysteresis loopcomplete, after the design of algorithms and graphical programming, onthe front panel display magnetic characteristic of ferromagneticmaterials, and magnetic parameters.The main content of the thesis:(1)Introduced the properties of ferromagnetic materials, theapplication scope of ferromagnetic materials, as well as the importanceof ferromagnetic materials for magnetic parameters selection and use offerromagnetic materials. Methods a variety of the ferromagnetic materialparameters and magnetic parameters of the magnetic materials at home andabroad, as well as methods of measuring ferromagnetic material hysteresismagnetization curve.(2)Illustrating the basic theory of the hardware design basis. Thedesign method of the device, the function and the principle, selectionand its structure and using method of U probe, NI’s acquisition of DAQdata acquisition card.(3) This paper introduces data acquisition technology of virtualinstrument LabVIEW, LabVIEW virtual instrument programming thought andits characteristics and advantages in the aspects of data acquisition andprocessing. Describes the use of LabVIEW surveying and mapping ofhysteresis loop and the magnetization curve, the magnetic parametersextraction process used in the programming module, the data acquisitionsystem design thought and method, diagram of program design, program ofthe front panel layout and display.(4)Introduced the design process of the new system of magneticproperties and parameter measurement LabVIEW materials and used in experiments the situation based on. Using the LabVIEW graphicalprogramming software, signal acquisition and analysis, mapping ofhysteresis loop and the magnetization curve, the signal into an array andto further processing, extracted from a variety of magnetic hysteresisloop parameters and magnetization curve values. In the procedure of thefront panel display magnetic parameters and array parameter points andcurves of all point coordinate, changes to multiple perspectives havemagnetic properties and the internal stress of materials of magneticmaterials, pick out the magnetic materials with excellent performance.
