| On the background of studying the characteristics of Marine environmental noise and sound propagation,a set of self-contained acquisition system for the vertical underwater acoustic receiving array is developed.The acquisition system can be used to adjust,collect and store the signals received by the vertical array.The performance and stability of the acquisition system have great influence on improving the signal-tonoise ratio of underwater acoustic signal.According to the system technical index and actual demand,the basic architecture and technical implementation scheme of underwater acoustic vertical array acquisition system are determined.The acquisition system is discussed in detail from the aspects of system control module,signal conditioning module,acquisition and storage module,upper computer development and structure design.Firstly,the paper discusses and analyzes the functional requirements of the acquisition system,and determines the technical indicators of the system.In the system control module design,STM32F103 as the core architecture,hall switch,pressure sensor,external clock and relay modules constitute the duty circuit,to ensure that the system can achieve a variety of working modes.At the same time,reduce system power consumption and increase system endurance.According to the system index,the power isolation and ripple suppression of the analog power supply are carried out,and OP4177 chip is selected as the Op-amp chip of the signal conditioning module to reduce the circuit noise and improve the signal to noise ratio.According to the requirements of system performance and stability,NI Compact-Rio was selected as the acquisition module,and software development was carried out based on LabVIEW to realize data storage and real-time transmission.In terms of power supply,rechargeable lithium battery pack is used to ensure that the system can carry out long time collection work.At the same time,the Solid Works 3D modeling software was used to complete the structural design and optimization of the acquisition system,complete the installation and joint debugging of the overall structure of the acquisition system,and conduct sea trials after the functional and stability tests.According to sea trials experimental results show that the collection system with vertical the receive array effectively,conditioning,acquisition and storage in the ocean acoustic signal,and through the analysis of the Marine environment noise spectrum and noise level to vertical correlation characteristics,noise,verified in this paper,the design of vertical array collection system feasibility,stability and superiority. |
