With the fast developing of economic,the need of human has been bestmet,at the same time,the action of human also destroyed the environment,thisfact make human begin to concern the environmental protection.At thinking,weproposed the scientific development view,at economic aspect,we activelyexplore to take the way of Green Economy,at politics,we need to transfer thetraditional mode of administration,at society, we actively bulid enviromentalfriendly society and so on.In this article,we take the research on theconstruction of Eco-government,it not only accommodate the fashion of GreenEconomy,it`s the inevitable demand of the times; but also conform the foot ofgovernment reformation,it`s the effective way to breakthrough the currentcase.this research both has the value of theory and development.In this article,At the basis of studying the theory of Eco-government,weanalysis some real problems in our country,including the environmentalmanagement system、citizens’ environmental awareness、economic policys andthe laws on environmental protection. Besides, we take the further research onpublic administration of decisions、performing and supervision. at the basis ofstudying foreign Eco-administration,we absorb the befitting part to serveourselves.At last we give some suggestions under the multiple angles:(1)Reshape "ecology" consciousness of government.(2)Profecting the Eco-administrative mechanism.(3)Improving ecological environments laws and theenvironment of public action system.(4)Establishing ecological performanceappraisal system.At present,we have made great progress on Eco-administrion and theconstruction of Eco-government.But there are still some problems in thework,in order to promote service-oriented government and buildEco-government, we must deeply study on.
