Research On Supervision And Management Mode Of Government Work Safety Based On Current Situation

Safety production have received the attention of all levels of government from the founding of the country after at,after the reform and opening up with the continuous development of society,safety problems is subject to all sectors of the high priority.Any country's economic development can not be separated from the safe production.Safety production is related to everyone's life and health and property safety.Which is the precondition to maintain social stability,economic prosperity and development of the premise Reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.But China's production safety situation is still grim,that safety accidents occur frequently.Various fires,poisoning,mine accidents and other accidents occur sometimes.Now in the period of rapid economic development,safety production supervision and management level need to be improved with production safety accident resulting in a huge loss of property personnel.This paper introduces the concept and theory of safety supervision and management,and reviews the history of the development and reform of China's production safety supervision administration of five different stages.It describes the current situation of Production Safety Supervision and Management Model,and analyzes the factors such as the supervisory authority,the supervisory function,the supervisory power and the operating mechanism in the supervision and management mode of safety production in China with application of Safety Production Supervision and Management Theory.The paper points out the problems such as the diversification of the supervisory organ,the blurring of the supervisory functions,the inconsistency of the functions and powers,the defects of the operational mechanism and the imperfect legal system,that seriously constraints the improvement of China's work safety supervision and management level.This paper draws lessons from the management mode of other administrative agencies in our country and the advantages of Developed Countries' Safety Supervision System.It use a variety of methods to look behind the law,and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the supervision and management system of work safety in our country Combining with China's current situation of production safety supervision and management.
