Along with the rapid development of industry, wastewater treatment technology isincreasingly perfect and diversification. Adsorption method is developed quickly as anew technology in ten years, widespread applicated in wastewater ion removal andseparation.Mesoporous nano γ-Al2O3as adsorption materials has a high surface area and porevolume, at the same time it has provides high adsorption ability and good chemicalstability. In this papers,by sol-gel method taking cheap industry-specific inorganicaluminum salt, NH4HCO3and surfactant (CTAB) to produce mesoporous nanoγ-Al2O3of high surface area. Using static adsorption to process wastewater. Usingmeans as XRD, TEM and BET, analysed the samples’the morphology,compositionand pore structure,discussed the influence of γ-Al2O3performance about the dryingtemperature, laying time, calcining temperature and preservation time.Thenresearched the single factor of dosing quantity, adsorption time, pH value to affectwastewater removal about anionic, heavy metal ions. And respectively analysedadsorption isotherm model.Experimental results showed that: Wet gel laied aside for48h, dried under60℃,calcined with450℃, preservated for3h obtained γ-Al2O3with good performance,surface area can reach415m2/g and aperture is4.937nm.The best conditions aboutvarious ions adsorption are: Under pH value5-7, its adsorption capacity about SO42-、F-can reach25.6mg/g and32.3mg/g; Under pH value6-9, its adsorption capacityabout Pb2+、Cu2+ can reach10.8mg/g and12.5mg/g. In addition, studied theadsorption model of ion, the results showed that: under neutral temperature conditions,adsorption model of SO42-and F-corresponded to Freundlich isothermal, linearcorrelation coefficient can reach0.9. Adsorption model of Pb2+ and Cu2+corresponded to Langmuir isothermal, linear correlation coefficient can reach0.9.To design a set of dynamic adsorption test device,adsorption effect of SO42-, F-do dynamic research,The result is: For in25L/h, water cycle after three times, SO42-and Fof the removal rate can reach34.7%and48.9%. The experimental study of high concentration wastewater can provide expermentof wastewater treatment, has certain reference value for the other industrialwastewater treatment and purification.
