Study On Risk Management Of Incineration Project About Solid Waste For Medical Purposes In Shanghai

The author studies on risk management of incineration project about solid waste formedical purposes. Risk itself is uncertain. It is both dangerous and opportunity. As aproject management, our task is as far as possible to reduce the losses, help enterprises toachieve maximum benefit through risk management. During the study, I did several worksas follow:First of all, understand the present risk management at home and abroad. Andunderstand the characteristics of incineration project about medical waste. This paperintroduces the characteristics of risk in construction project and the process of riskmanagement on construction project. We analysis the rule of risk factors on every stage ofthe project life cycle, combining with basic theory of risk management on each stage.Secondly, we proceed with risk identification using SWOT, brainstorming andDelphi method. On the basis of the risk identification，we assessment of risk based onquestionnaire survey and the SPSS. Then we evaluate conclusion using the RAC method.Aiming at6types of risk determined after evaluation, we formulate corresponding riskcountermeasures combined with risk aversion、risk control、risk transfer and risk retention，using scientific methods as the grey correlation degree analysis and the monte carloanalysis.Finally, we strengthen risk monitoring，draw the risk monitoring figure，correctmeasures according to the monitoring information, and do right disposal to risk eventsfounded in monitor process, so as to ensure the realization of the expected objectives.
