The Development And Innovation Of Carbon Trade In China Under Current Economy

The main object of this thesis is to study the beginning anddevelopment of carbon trade in globe wide, its relation with economy andthe present condition of international carbon trade market, the role Chinaplays, possibility of potential development and innovation China has in thisindustry.This thesis begins with the beginning of carbon finance; give anintroduction of its development. At the same time, a demonstration ofnecessity as well as connection with economic development of the carbonfinance was given here. The frame of the carbon trade and transactionplatform with transaction volume data was given in this chapter, here givesalso the main carbon trade system all over the world, includes role Chinaplays in the system within this part.In the following Chapter, a regression with GDP and green house gasexhaust volume for developing country was given. With help of lots of data,we prove the correlation of carbon trade factors and economy. With study ofderivatives in the international carbon market, we give possibility offinancial innovation for carbon trade in China. China is the second largest country of green house gas exhausting, atthe same time, China is the largest CER supplier all over the world. Underthe current economic, we have both pressure and opportunity. In the thesis,some suggestions will be given in the conclusion base on the currentsituation and development potential of carbon trade industry.
