The mill are moving towards the development of high-efficiency and large-scale direction, speed and production efficiency greatly improved. Active duty millalso to meet the growing demand for the production of long-term in the full load, highspeed conditions. Therefore, the fatigue life of large and giant mill rotary conduct astudy to achieve significance in the complex conditions of production safety.Based on the CITIC Heavy Industry large Mill Rotary as the research object,and study the CITIC Heavy Industry large Mill Rotary fatigue types and possibleform of fatigue failure; According to the fatigue damage accumulation theoryprinciples and practical engineering experience, the fuzzy theory is introduced into thefatigue damage accumulation,studied traditional Miner fatigue damage accumulationtheory, the theory to determine the conditions on the fatigue damage was supplemented,the establishment of the rule of Fuzzy Miner fatigue damage accumulation;Large mill rotary finite element model is established, determined the boundaryconditions in stationary, full load, the material impact, and do the finite elementanalysis during the working conditions of the static, full load, material impact. Thestress and strain of the mill rotator during the working conditions of the static, full loadand material impact is analyzed, the key parts of the stress and strain are obtained, thestress and strain distribution rule in the actual production is summarized; According tothe site collection of the mill rotary stress load, by rain-flow counting statistics tosimplify the stress load history, draw the actual condition of the mill rotary loadspectrum;5. According to the actual situation amended the material S-N curve, usingthe Fuzzy Miner fatigue damage accumulation method to calculate the fatigue life, andto analyze the relationship between fatigue life and stress load.
