The mining enterprise is a comprehensive enterprise integrating material transportation,material breakage,material storage and material cleaning,especially a metallurgical mining enterprise which is close to the residents in the city and the townships.The noise pollution problem seriously affects the daily life of the surrounding residents and seriously endangers the internal job of the enterprise.Physical health problems.W enterprise is a comprehensive enterprise with copper mining and selection in the M area.In recent years,the environmental protection department of China has put forward higher requirements for the waste management of industrial and mining enterprises and the noise pollution problem.The relevant departments in this area have also taken corresponding measures and put forward relevant requirements.In this paper,based on the mechanism analysis and noise reduction design of ball mill vibration and noise,the frequency spectrum analysis and finite element analysis are used to detect the noise pollution sources of ball mills with the help of the literature and the finite element analysis.The noise pollution problem of ball mill has been solved effectively by the selection of noise schemes and the design of sound insulation cover.First,the necessity of the technical transformation of the ball mill is analyzed and stated.The detailed analysis and research work is carried out on the basic situation of the ball mill equipment,the measurement of the noise data and the spectrum analysis,and the noise of the five parts of the feeding part,the barrel,the discharging part,the speed reducer and the electronic control equipment of the ball mill.Through the comparison and analysis of data,it is found that the detection data on both sides of the ball mill cylinder are seriously exceeding the standard,and it is found that the ball mill barrel is the main source of the ball mill noise.Secondly,in the theoretical foundation analysis,the calculation of the motion trajectory of the steel ball,the calculation of the vibration type of the ball mill body,the theoretical calculation of the noise and the finite element analysis are introduced,and the finite element model of the cylinder and the modal analysis of the cylinder are constructed to provide the noise analysis work of the ball mill barrel.Based on the noise theory and the plug-in plug-in of the finite element model,the noise simulation results are analyzed in detail,and the measured values of the ball mill noise are compared and analyzed.Through the comparison between the measured values and the modal analysis values,it is pointed out that the deviation between the measured values and the modal analysis numbers is small and the modal analysis results are obtained.The accuracy of the measured value and the normality of the noise distribution are further verified,providing a basis for further determining the setting of noise limits.Finally,the research work is carried out on the noise reduction effect.According to the spectrum analysis method,a large amount of data comparison and analysis of the same point detection data before and after the noise reduction of the ball mill barrel are carried out.Through the data comparison analysis,it can be seen that the noise pollution problem of the ball mill can be greatly reduced by the fixed sound insulation cover method,and the sound insulation cover can be added.The test results of the noise points of the rear ball mill can meet the requirements of less than 90dB(A)proposed by the relevant environmental protection departments in the area.Combining experience and simulation analysis,this paper not only provides a strong evidence for the experience determination method,but also provides a strong practical analysis basis for the simulation analysis.It can make up the shortage of any of the methods effectively,and can also carry out equipment problem handling and related technical transformation for the technical personnel of the enterprise.The problem analysis provides broader research ideas and research methods.
