Wrinkle coatings is used in decoration, increase friction, diffraction grating, opticalsensor, micro contact mark stamps applications and so on, Because of its surface withspecial weave and structure. The wrinkle coatings often made with onecomponent byexperience. It has not form a complete theory system. We should do more in-depth researchto expand applied range and mechanical properties. So it is very important to researchmulticomponent and wrinkle mechanism. And we add the carbon particles in theEpoxy/thermoplastic acrylic system to produce conductive composite materials.This paper preparations the wrinkle coatings with Epoxy/thermoplastic acrylic andconductive composite materials of adding carbon particles. The research content asfollows:At first, different quality than of Epoxy/thermoplastic acrylic/DETA is curing in150℃to produce wrinklings. The results show that wrinkle coatings need Epoxy/thermoplasticacrylic to have similar quality than. Observe the coatings in oven every five minites to findout the law about wrinklings. The results show that wrinklings are finded out in later period.We use the needle to open the coating of curing to observe the curing conditions. The resultsshow that Epoxy/thermoplastic acrylic/DETA curing in150℃has gradient.Observationphase structure evolution process by OM. Observation the coatings section of last phasestructure evolution process by SEM. The results show that double continuous phasestructure is favorable to produce wrinklings. According to the experimental results, wesummarize the mechanism of wrinkle coatings of Epoxy/thermoplastic acrylic. What’s more,we research the factors of producing wrinkle coatings, which is temperature、curing agentsand thickness. The results show that80℃is the critical temperature to producing wrinklecoatings; the thickness and the texture is proportional to the wavelength; high responsecuring agent is more easier to make a fold.Adding carbon particles in Epoxy、 thermoplastic acrylic、 Epoxy/thermoplasticacrylic to study the electrical properties. The results show that the conductive ofthermoplastic acrylic is better than Epoxy, either adding carbon black or graphite. Whenmixing the carbon black and graphite according to4:1to adding in the polymers, it willhave the best conductive. The results show that double continuous phase structure isfavorable to conductive pathways.
