Prestressed support can play an active role of the anchor, improving the effect ofRoadway. In particular, it have remarkable advantages for soft, broken, the large span anddeep Heights stress roadway. The roof is formed to the composite beam in a limited criticallayer with using the combination of prestressed anchor. This structure can prevent the roofabscission in the bolt anchoring area effectively, give full play to the stability characteristicsof the critical layer and the combination of beam that has the same deflection ofcharacteristics, to achieve the effect of the tunnel roof stabilizing.In the condition of layered structure roof, the calculation of the prestress to bolt supportIn the coal mine roadway. the formula of Anchor prestressed, derive on the basis ofanalysising with the critical layer theory,composite beam theory and load theory which can beable to prevent the roof separation. The choice of Prestressed value is Associated with theparameters that include mine pressure, roof separation conditions, the layers suffered load andso on. This paper discusses the application profiles of prestressed anchor, and analysises themechanism action of the prestressed anchor. Using the MIDAS/GTS geotechnical numericalsimulation software to establish the tunnel model for analysising, come to the conditiong ofroof separation and the change of rock stress.In this paper, the1603Wind Tunnel1604machine roadway of Shanxi Liulin mine tosimulatie and validate the program of the prestressed support, and analysis of the relations ofthe prestress and roadway deformation further. Through the course of practice in Liulinmine,the results of monitoring shows that there is small roof separation or no abscission layerwithin and outside the roof anchorage zone. The stability of the roof meet the safetyrequirements of the face.Combined with the actual situation in the Liulin mine roof putforward a reasonable prestress interval that can control the roof sinking effectively,has a guiding significance for roadway design in the future.
