With the development of the times,scientific progress and continuous mining practice and theoretical research,the form of support has also undergone major changes.Bolt support is a new mining roadway support technology,with its superiority.It is increasingly valued by coal companies and is now widely used in major coal mines.Based on the elastoplastic theory,the roadway design method based on equivalent ellipse is used to support the mining roadway.Through the research of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the engineering analogy method of coal road anchor(sole)support parameter design,the theoretical design method of roadway bolt support,numerical calculation method,monitoring method and other methods of bolt support design are summarized.According to the actual engineering overview,the physical and mechanical properties of the surrounding rock of the roadway,combined with the characteristics of the 2-2 coal seam of the Ning Tiao Ta Coal Mine,the support design method suitable for the actual working conditions is summarized.(2)Analyze the actual working condition parameters,select the roadway design method based on the equivalent ellipse,and obtain the support design scheme based on the calculation of the actual engineering parameters,and use ANSYS to simulate the S1201 tape transporting the trough excavation support effect.Through the simulation analysis of the support design,the rationality of the selection of support parameters is initially determined.(3)Through the on-site industrial test,using the methods of separation observation,convergence observation,drilling and peeping,etc.,the roof of the S1201 rubber transport channel of Ning Tiao Ta Coal Mine and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway were carried out,and the roadway was analyzed and evaluated.The safety,rationality and stability of the bolt(cable)support design.(4)Through the on-site industrial application of the S1201 working face,the feasibility of the support parameter scheme is verified,and the rationality of the support scheme is explained.The content and results of this paper provide important reference value for the design of coal mine roadway support in the future,and have important guiding significance for bolt(sand)support design.
