With the development of economy and industry,China is facing more and more prominent air pollution problems.Many large-scale persistent smog weather has occurred in many places across the country,which has aroused widespread concern.At present,the scope of air pollution has expanded from local to regional scale,and has developed into a combined pollution of urban and regional pollution.The transmission of pollutants between cities is becoming more and more obvious,and the impact is deeper and deeper.China has carried out a large number of air pollution investigations and analysis work on urban agglomerations such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and has achieved great results.However,there are few studies on the effects of air pollution reduction and prevention and control in Northern China.The northeastern region is cold in winter,and the air pollution under inversion weather is very serious.This paper takes Harbin as the research object,based on the current environmental quality status and pollution source status of Harbin,it mainly considers the civil scattered coal source,straw burning source,industrial source and the impact of traffic sources on air quality,establishes a calculation method for the source of pollutants and an evaluation index for the emission reduction effect of air pollutants to evaluate the effects of the emission reduction measures implemented in2018.The air quality model is used to investigate the effects of straw burning on regional air quality during cold current intrusion.The main results are:the monthly change order of the pollutants emitted by the residents of Harbin from high to low is December>January>February>November>March>October>April,the daily change trend is Early Morning>Afternoon>Night>Noon;the order of pollutant emissions from straw burning is Winter and Spring>Summer>Autumn;pollutants from industrial sources are mainly concentrated in the late winter and early spring;The pollutant emissions in autumn and winter are much higher than in spring and summer,and the daily traffic pollution is concentrated in the morning and evening peak periods.The emission intensity of PM2.5,SO2 and NO2 from the coal used by Harbin citizens are 20.82,7.71,5.40?g/?m2新?;The emission intensity of PM10 and CO produced by straw incineration are 14.95?g/?m2新?and 49.44 mg/?m2新?,the source strengths of PM2.5,SO2 and NO2 discharged from industrial sources are 11.95,3.39,4.377?g/?m2新?,The emission intensity of PM2.5,SO2 and NO2 from traffic source are 0.05 and 1.49?g/?m2新?.Through the comparison of meteorological pollution indicators,it is found that the air quality condition in 2018 is still better than that in2017,under the condition of deducting the weather influence,it means the effectiveness of various pollution prevention measures in 2018 is remarkable.With the scenario simulation of the effects of straw burning on the air quality of Harbin in the whole process of cold current intrusion.It is found that burning straw in the process of cold flow can reduce its impact on air quality in Harbin.The result can be used to formulate a straw controlled incineration program to ensure the air quality,which is of great significance to the implementation of joint control of air quality in the heating period of the eastern three provinces.
