With the development of economy, people gradually discover and pay attention to the urban mine , formed by the waste electronic products and wire, which has a huge development potential and value. At the same time, the problem of dealing with urban mine has been increasingly prominent, which is difficult to decompose, retrieve and recycle. The pyrolysis technology that deals with the waste electronic products and wire is not only able to transform the organic composition in the wire to the gas, oil and other fuel, but also can recycle the copper completely in the high-quality, so that it realizes industry chain mode of circular economy.The thermo-gravimetric balance is applied to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of the waste messy wire (Polyethylene). Three dynamics parameters are obtained by the experiment of thermo-gravimetric analysis and the curve of derivative thermo-gravimetric analysis. The pyrolysis experiment was completed by the pilot-plant in the production process. The results show that the range of pyrolysis temperature is relatively large, which is from 267℃to 580℃. Activation energy and pre-exponential factor are 259.19kJ/mol and 3.79Γ—1017min-1 respectively, and the reaction order is 1; in the product through heat treatment ,there are organic compounds of hydrocarbons macromolecules, such as oil-like organics with carbon atoms, organic compounds of hydrocarbon small molecules ,chloride and hydrogen chloride.The pyrolysis test equipment is designed and the experiment of the polyethylene waste wire is accomplished by our research group. In the research of pilot-plant experiment on waste messy wire, complete and desired effect of pyrolysis can be achieved and the recovery volume of the metal can reach 98% or above when the final pyrolysis temperature is set to 600℃. The gas and liquid of pyrolysis is applied for the device, so that it reduces the consumption of energy. The advanced experiment is adapted for the pyrolysis processing of all kinds of waste messy wire. The solid products copper and the materials with charcoal, which are disposed, could directly be smelted. The materials with charcoal are immediately able to be the fuel for the smelting. Ultimately it achieves the effect of clean environmental protection treatment and completely metal recuperation.There are many advantages of the horizontal device, such as convenience of packing and unloading, simplicity of operation, a high degree of automation and etc. At present it is an independent processing equipment, designed by our group at home and abroad, which has an important reference value for the research and development of the waste messy wire treatment device in the future.
