Fluorinated acrylate water-repellent finishing agent was synthesized by seed semi-continuous microemulsion polymerization method, and its best application process could be gotten through the orthogonal experimental analysis. The main research discussed the influence of the emulsification process, stirring speed, emulsion system, initiator, reaction temperature, the emulsion droplet plus time, fluorine generation monomers and functional monomer on the microemulsion polymerization and the performance of the products. The synthesis of product could be characterized through the latex particle size and distribution, infrared spectrometry (FI-TR), the static contact Angle and so on, the water-and finishing agent each emulsion stability (dilution, bear the electrolyte, centrifugal and acid and alkali resistant) as well as its application properties were tests. And it was comparaed with the functionalities of similar products, still with which compound silicone water-based polyurethane at the same time.The results showed that pre-emulsification process conditions, stirring speed, selection, dosage and ratio of the emulsion system, the initiator concentration, reaction temperature, monomer dropping time, fluoro monomer and functional monomer on the fluorine-containing polyacrylate refused had a significant effect in the polymerization process and the performance of the water finishing agent. The first magnetic stirring, then high-speed dispersion homogenizer dispersion could improve the pre-emulsion stability, conduciving to the reaction smoothly. Joining auxiliary emulsifier dipropylene glycol and improving emulsifier could effectively reduce the dosage of gel rate as well as make reflection smoothly, from which stable microemulsion could be gotten. When added a functional monomer HEMA, it could improve the washability of the product, and it proned to gel when used excessively.The main subjects of the major findings are as followis:Blu-ray transparent, good stability Fluorine-water finishing agent can be obtained by microemulsion polymerization, which is analysized by laser particle size, and the average latex particle size of is 44.4nm with a narrow particle size distribution. Acording to orthogonal experiment analysis, refuse the application process is drawn as follows:water finishing agent for processing cotton fabric working solution is pH= 6, the amount of water repellent agent is 55g/L, the curing temperature is 165℃, and the curing time is 50s. Fabric pressure ability can get 25% of ascension, its application costs reduced by 15.5%, which has obtained a good economic benefit.
