The traditional soaping process in reactive dying fabric was mainly proceeded above the temperature of95℃. It caused great loss of energy. The market lacks a soaping agent that with the performance of excellent performance, environmental protection and energy saving performance. Therefore, in current textile dyeing and finishing industry, we need to develop a soaping agent that with the performance of high-efficiency, low-cost, environmental protection and energy saving. The DADS’s water solubility, coupling ability and surface activity are very good. It posses stable surface chemical properties when dissolved in strong acid, alkali or salt solution. What’s more, it had a good integration of the calcium and magnesium ions ability, had excellent low temperature performance, and had good biodegradability and so on. Take it as a component of a complex soap lotion, it will reduce the soaping temperature and achieve good soaping and anti-staining effect. The DADS were made by a-olefin, diphenyl ocide and amino sulfonic acide after the alkylation and sulfonation reaction in different monomer ratio, temperature and time. The thesis study the factors including different material ratio, different catalyst amount, alkylation temperature, alkylation time, sulfonation temperature, sulfonation time, which influence the performance of the improver. Laser IR, HPLC, MS were carried out to characterize the improver, and the surface chemical properties&application performance were tested. Then combined with other surfactant, determine the best ratio of mixed column and the best compound soap washing process. The main results as the following:In the synthesis of DADS-16, alkylation was carried out with n(alpha-hexadecene):n(diphenyl)=1:1at80℃for6h to attain85.42%yield; Sulfonation was with n(Hexadecyl diphenyl ether):n(amino sulfonic acide)=l:4at95℃for2h, and the number of sulfonic acid group per molecule was1.84. In the synthesis of DADS-18, alkylation was carried out with n(alpha-hexadecene):n(diphenyl)=1.5:1at80℃for6h to attain80.14%yield; Sulfonation was with n(Hexadecyl diphenyl ether):n(amino sulfonic acide)=1:4at95℃for2h, and the number of sulfonic acid group per molecule was1.79. The synthetic samples posses stable surface chemical properties when dissolved in15%sulfuric acid,15%sodium hydroxide or15%sodium chloride aqueous solutions. At the same time, it showed good emulsifying properties. Then combined with PAANa, MA-AA, PVP and AEO-9. Determining the optimal mixed ratio as follows:AEO-9:DADS-16:PAANa:MA-AA: PVP=0.2:0.08:0.25:2.0:0.2. The optimal technological of soaping as follows:the amount of soaping is5g/l at85℃for20min, and the pH values of soaping is7-8.
