Research Of Resistance Welding Production Management Data-Base System

In this paper, the technology of database and expert system are applied in the traditional welding field, welding procedure qualification process is researched on basis of the principles of welding procedure qualification, overall frame and each function of the system is designed, and the computer aided welding process assessment system is established.In this article, the computer aided welding process assessment system belongs to the type of welding application software. The system can judge whether the designed process documentation is reasonable or can be used in the actual production on basis of the welding knowledge. The knowledge of expert system which can simulate welding experts is used to test the necessity of experiment, and finally compile the welding documents.Based on acquisition and expression of a large number of welding data and welding standards, the system realize browsing, querying, printing and maintenancing the process files using the database technology, and providing the standard file format of the welding procedure guidebook, welding procedure qualification report and welding procedure specification. As the knowledge inferencing based, the knowledge base consists of the rules database, welding materials and welding process documents database.After clearing the system demand and function, using the object oriented technology and a visual programming tool VC++6.0, the system is developed under the Windows XP environment, and the friendly man-machine interface is realized. The computer aided welding process assessment system can improve the assessment efficiency so much and alleviate repeatedly and huge amount of labor.
