The operators complete the assembly process,their parameters and fatigue state will producedirect or indirect effect to the assembly results. This paper combines the ergonomics andassemblability evaluation technology to do a research, in order to prove the feasibility and given anergonomics evaluation for the assembly program. This wii help the design engineers find inadequate,make an inprovement in a timely manner, finally achieve the target of higher efficiency, higher quality,safer production.The main work is summarized as follows:1) The factors which have impact on product assemblability are summarized into11aspectsand classified into three categories,formed the index system.2) According to the complexity and ambiguity of the factor, this paper makes a selection of thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as a model for the evaluation and constructs threelever evaluation function model, using the expert assessment of statistical method todetermine the weight of each level and single factor vectors.3) Develop a software which has the function of interference warning, data check,comprehensive evaluation and result output.4) Taking the central and outer wing butt assembly process as an example, this paper analyzesthe situation of each index, gives it an ergonomics evaluation and makes an analysis of theresult.
