With the rapid development of computer simulation technology and virtual reality technology,virtual assembly simulation has become an important means of design,analysis and verification.As an important role in the production process,people need to consider human factors,especially in the most important assembly link.Many assembly schemes are feasible in design but are not feasible in the actual assembly process.This is because human factors are not taken into account,which affects the operation status of operators and the assembly quality of products,resulting in operational errors and work inefficiency,even endangering the physical health of the operators.Therefore,we need to combine virtual assembly simulation with ergonomics.In order to improve the simulation efficiency of the virtual assembly work and more accurately analyze the man-machine process of the operation,this thesis uses the DELMIA simulation platform to propose a virtual person hybrid-driven assembly action rapid simulation method.The assembly operation is decomposed step by step,and the assembly unit is described and broken down into basic assembly actions in accordance with the operation flow.According to the characteristics of the assembly action,the basic assembly actions are divided into three categories,and simulation methods for different types of assembly actions are given.Then assembler operations simulation is finally realized.In order to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the operation status of the operators during the assembly operation,the ergonomic evaluation index system for virtual assembly operations was constructed,and the evaluation and evaluation criteria of individual indicators were studied based on the construction principles and methods of the index system,providing the method for the unification and non-dimensionalization of the evaluation index values.A quantitative model of the indicators of the assembly operation ergonomics evaluation index system was established,which provided a theoretical basis for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of assembly operations ergonomics.Finally,this thesis proposes an ergonomic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for virtual assembly operations.It selects index membership function and membership degree calculation,and uses AHP to determine the weight value of each index.And it's based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive ergonomic evaluation of the assembly process.Based on this theoretical method,a comprehensive evaluation system of ergonomics was developed.The comprehensive evaluation of the assembly process of the rear lid of the engine was used as an example to verify the system function.
