Polyurethane is an important industial plastics, Widely used in the field ofelastomers, foams, coatings and adhesives for its excellent performance. Butisocyanate was toxic and the carbamate was hydrolysis. This article aims to expore anew method of preparation of polyurethane: reacted multi-function cyclocarbonateand polyamine to prepared polyurethane which was environment friendly and withhigh performance. This paper explors the synthesis of the multi-functioncyclocarbonate as well as to improve the technique. The non-isocyanatepolyurethane(NIPU) was also preparation and researched.1. The multi-function cyclocarbonate was prepared by epoxy resin and CO2in thecatalytic of tetrabutylammonium bromide. The synthesis was qualitative analysis byFTIR and HNMR, quantitative analysis by determination epoxide number. Studiesshowed that high temperature, high pressure, long reaction time conducive to thereaction. The optimum conditions of this reaction was that more than95%conversation rate can be get in temperature of120℃, under1MPa pressure, reactiontime6h.2. The synthesis technology was improved by add additive in epoxy resin, the addslip was mass fraction of10%. The additive can availably improve the solubility ofCO2in epoxy resin, and reduce the viscosity of the reaction mixture, cut reaction timefor2h, halve the amount of catalyst.3. The non-isocyanate polyurethane was preparation by reaction multi-functioncyclocarbonate with triethyleneteramine、 hexamethylenediamine andethylenediamine. A series of test such as FTIR, tensile, impact, water/acid/alkali resistwas did. The carbamate group was confirmed. While the mechanical properties ofNIPU was greatly improved compare to epoxy materials.75MPa of tensile strength,impact strength55kJ/m2. But the water/acid/alkali resistance did not meet expectations.4. Amine-terminal group hydroxide carbamate oligomer was prepared by reacted dicyclocarbonate with isophoronrdiamine, this oligomer was used as epoxy resincuring agent, to effectively improve the degree of crosslink, get the material of hybridnon-isocyanate polyurethane(HNIPU). The mechanical and chemical resistant ofHNIPU were very excellent.
