The population of China is still rising, however the ground land being destroyedheavier by mining subsidence. Thus, these conditions put fresh pressure to thehuman-land conflict which has already existed. How to minimize the quantity ofdestroyed land and how to restore the production capacity of ruined cultivated land, wasbecoming the priority work in mine geological environment protection. First of all, it’simportant to get the knowledge of land breakage law and make evaluations. Althoughpeople has expended a lot of money and energy in the mine geological environmentprotection management as well as the land breakage research in mining subsidence area.But it turned out that the current work is still far from enough. It’s still not perfect incultivated land breakage comprehensive evaluation theory due to ground movment anddeformation in mining subsidence area. However, this research will try to providetheoretical and technical support.This work is support by the national science and technology support subject "repairand precise arrangement technology integration and demonstration of damaged farmland in mining area.(No.2011BAD04B03)". Beginning with the theory of miningsubsidence prediction and cultivated land quality evaluation, based on the formerresearch, this paper has done the research of cultivated land breakage prediction andcomprehensive evaluation due to land breakage mechanism in mining subsidence area.The main jobs are as follows:①Sorted and summarized the research status of mining subsidence prediction andand cultivated land quality evaluation. This paper discussed the theory and method forcultivated land breakage prediction and comprehensive evaluation, and selected thesuitable one. Then, the main content and the technical route were put forward.②Analyzed and summarized the general rules of ground deformation in miningsubsidence area and its influencing factors. Based on the stochastic medium theory, thisresearch optimized the3D prediction of ground deformation in mining subsidence areawhen flat seam mining. Especially, this has done the research of the prediction ofadditional ground deformation which caused by soil consolidation.③Through analyzing the the impact factor of cultivated land quality based on thethe basic theory of cultivated land quality, the land breakage evaluation was connectedwith ground movement and deformation characteristics. Then the general mechanism of mining damage of cultivated land was studied, as well as the comprehensive evaluationcalculation model was analysized and discussed.④Using the the prediction method and evaluation theory put forward by thisresearch, a typical examples was analyzed and calculated, which included the groundmovement and deformation prediction, and cultivated land breakage comprehensiveevaluation. This paper discussed the general characteristics of cultivated land breakagein subsidence basin after statistical analyzing the evaluation results of the example.⑤In the end of this research, the research contents and results were summarized.However, the paper pointed out the deficiencies and prospected follow-up studies.
