Emulsion explosive is a new industrial explosive. With the continued progress in economicconstruction, emulsion explosive have an increasingly important role in the society. Due to itsindustry-the high risk nature of the explosive industry, the security issues of emulsion explosiveproduction line is being eagerly watched, once the emulsion explosive explode in the productionprocess, it will cause enormous damage to people’s lives and property. Therefore, the safety problemof production line has been very necessary and significant topic of study in the field. Reviewing thehistory of emulsion explosive production in our country, since 2000, it has occurred many explosionaccidents during the production process, and from these accidents, people are fully aware of theimportance of the safety of the emulsion explosive production and must take a scientific, effectiveand operational methods, addressing the actual situation, to evaluate the security of the productionline.For today’s monitoring system, it only collect a number of important and measurable data, andthen set the alarm values for each parameter, but not to assess the security level of the wholeproduction line or a single device. On the basis of knowing about the production process deeply,this paper presents a system, which can assess the security level of emulsion explosive productionline, and realize the function to evaluate the security level of a production line. In addition, there aresome parameters which are not measurable or not easy to measure, and these parameters affect thesecurity of the production line seriously. With providing the information of these parameters forsecurity assessments, firstly, the design should measure these parameters online. So this paper joinsthe soft-sensing technique to develop the safety evaluation of the emulsion explosive productionline, based on the soft-sensing technique. Main points of research in this paper are as follows:(1) On the basis of analyzing the technics characteristic, the paper discusses the factors whichinfluence the safety of emulsion explosives production line from two types of“measurable”and“unmeasurable”.(2) Undertaking a study on measurement of density of emulsion matrix based on thesoft-sensing technique, and building a measurement model by using BP neural network, andsimulating. After the comparison of simulation results on some ways, it choose the algorithm whichis relative superiority, and can better play the function of data processing of MATLAB, and thenmake the model to be applied to practical engineering.(3) The project gets the real-time data of safety influence factors through the soft-sensing andthe original monitoring system, and then evaluates the security levels of production line based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .finally calculates the membership of safety grade. Thisproject can improve production safety in the process and ensure the safety of life and property well.(4) Software preliminary design of evaluation system. The application gets real-time date fromIPC by DDE technology and transmits the data to the evaluation system, and calls MATLAB enginein the background to realize mixed programming with VC++ and MATLAB.
