Design And Application Of Emulsion Explosive Production Line Control System Based On PLC

As a new type of industrial explosive,emulsion explosive plays an important role in China's civil explosion industry.With the increase of national infrastructure investment,the current demand for emulsion explosives also continues to increase.The production line of a chemical enterprise in Shandong,which produces this product,has the status of low automation and poor security,upgrading production control system,designing emulsion explosive production line control system based on PLC,and producing higher quality products more intelligently.In this thesis,the emulsion explosive production line system is summarized.The technological process and design requirements of emulsion explosive production line system are analyzed and studied.The DCS distributed control system is used to design the control system of the whole production line according to the control requirements of the system and the functions to be realized.Then the BP neural network PID algorithm is used to control the temperature of oil phase tank and water phase tank,and the MATLAB software is used to establish the model for simulation.Secondly,the hardware part of the lower computer of the emulsion explosive production line control system is selected,and the overall control strategy and the theory wiring diagram of each module are designed.The hardware configuration of the control system is carried out on the programming software,and the software structure of the control network is designed to realize the automatic operation of the production line system.Finally,through the configuration software WinCC to the system screen configuration design,using the PLC acquisition field equipnent parameters transmitted to the upper computer,intelligent monitoring,security monitoring,parameter adjustment,intelligent management and other functions.The temperature control system is adopted by neural network PID control algoritlim,realizing the function of constant temperature control.This design achieves the automation of emulsion explosive production line system,improving product quality and production,reducing the loss of equipment and the failure rate of the system.
