With the rapid development of packaging industry, the markets’increasingdemand for higher performance of die-cutting machine, today’s die-cutting machineproducts can’t meet customers’requirements. As an important indicator, thedie-cutting pressure is associated with working speed, working load and working life.To study force characteristics of die-cutting platform, the dual-elbow-bar mechanismof die-cutting machine is made dynamic analysis, the relationship model ofdie-cutting pressure and motor power is built, the cutting pressure test platform wasestablished and the real-time test of die cutting pressure was achieved. The researchcontents of this paper have practical value for improving working performance andboosting competitiveness.This paper takes the 1060 * 760 format of the auto-platen die-cutting machine asthe research object, and the influence factors of die-cutting pressure based on itsgeneration mechanism is studied. Through research on the stress and straindistribution of die-cutting platform, it was got that the surface deformation isinconsistent under die-cutting pressure and a theoretical guidance for the die-cuttingpressure adjustment is provided. Through the finite element analysis of the wallpanels, the maximum die-cutting pressure was determined, and a theoretical basis forfollow-up studies of die cutting pressure is provided. Through the dynamic staticanalysis on pressure institutions of the die-cutting machine, the correspondingrelationship between die-cutting pressure and motor power is obtained. Moreover, bymaking the simulation analysis for the die- cutting press mechanism by ADAMSsoftware, the input force curve of bent axle under the bent axle’s rotation speed: 3600r/h and 7200 r/h was achieved, and a theoretical basis for the type choosing the motoris provided.Using the direct testing methods, through multiple-site testing and data analysis,it comes to an important conclusion that: in the actual production, the workingpressure of die-cutting machine is not over 1000 KN. This conclusion provides animportant basis on the development of the die-cutting pressure test platform and thedie-cutting machine’s production-manufacturing. Through a comparative analysis, thecutting pressure testing program was determined, the cutting pressure test platformwas established and the real-time test of die cutting pressure was achieved. Finally, inorder to improve the accuracy of die-cutting stress testing and reduce the production of cutting costs stress of the testing platform, the stress test system of die-cuttingpressure measurement platform was designed with improvement. |
