Automatic Die Cutting Machine is one of important devices in packing printing industry. The dual-elbow-bar mechanism and the worm drive mechanism are the two key components of it, the performance of which have direct effects on the precision stability and the speed of Die Cutting Machine. In this article, The dual-elbow-bar mechanism and the worm drive mechanism of Die Cutting Machine were discussed for the sake of improving the speed and the stability of Die Cutting Machine. The following work was mainly finished:1.Based on loop method, a kinematics model representing the bar mechanism was built , the nonlinear system of equations was solved through the method of gradient, And the angular displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration of each component in a motion period were obtained. Then the kinematics characteristics of the moving platform mechanism were analyzed, and the rule of movement of the moving platform in a period was obtained.2.Kinetics analysis is performed without taking into account the nonlinear factors, and the analysis about force of each joint point is put forward when different die-cutting force is loaded.3.The effect on the main body of Die Cutting Machine that was imposed on pressure was analyzed, and corresponding improvement was provided, which in favor of improving the speed and the stability of Die Cutting Machine.4.The optimal kinematics model was built, and then the optimal design was done to the dual-elbow-bar mechanism for the sake of improving Die Cutting Machine farther.5.Based on the fuzzy theory, the vague optimum design was done to the worm drive mechanism, and the optimal kinematics model, constraint conditions were built in order to improve the lubricant condition and the drive efficiency.6.The interface of the dual-elbow-bar mechanism of Die Cutting simulation analysis software was presented which be programmed using MATLAB.By the researching of this thesis, combined with Beijing education department fund project,not only the theoretical basis for deeply realizing the law of the dual-elbow-bar mechanism was given, but also the attempt to improve this mechanism further was made.
