The dynamic sensing technology of working pressure of flat die-cutting machine is a new detection method to realize the dynamic sensing of working pressure parameters.This is a direct detection method by using the calibrated and compensated sensor to realize dynamic real-time perception of the pressure parameters of the flat die-cutting machine.Mainly combined with the actual production of printing and packaging enterprises,through the analysis of various influencing factors of the die-cutting effect,the research on the perception technology of the core influencing factor of die-cutting pressure is done.The working pressure parameter sensing scheme of the currently used flat die-cutting machine is relatively backward,mainly based on theoretical formula calculation and non-dynamic sensing pressure-sensitive tablet trial cutting,which cannot achieve direct dynamic sensing.And this thesis proposes a dynamic sensing scheme of process parameters using single-point flexible thin-film sensor technology.The dynamic perception scheme includes the research contents of sensor selection,sensor performance testing and dynamic compensation,signal transmission and data processing.This thesis firstly studies the various parts of the flat die-cutting machine that will affect the die-cutting effect,and analyzes and compares the existing die-cutting pressure sensing technologies.And according to the working mechanism of die-cutting,a simple die-cutting pressure test bench that was designed which can be used for the characteristic test of the sensor and the experimental analysis of the pressure dynamic sensing scheme.Then,the sensors required for dynamic perception technology were studied in detail,from the detection principle of the sensor,the signal transmission structure and the data integration method to the static characteristics and dynamic calibration of the sensor,to find suitable tools for dynamic perception technology.Then the relevant sensor characteristic test and data transmission processing design are carried out.Due to the influence of environmental parameters and various factors such as equipment vibration and noise,the detection results will be adversely affected.Therefore,the signal is filtered,and finally the detection technology that can realize dynamic perception is determined according to the experiment.The content of the thesis mainly focuses on the design of the die-cutting pressure test bench and the force simulation analysis and calculation,the working principle of the sensor and the analysis of the corresponding detection scheme,and the test experiment of the sensor and the sensing scheme,and the 3D simulation model of the die-cutting test bench was constructed by Solid Works and the finite element analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench,by means of test experiments and TRIZ theoretical analysis,and a more suitable sensor for dynamic sensing of working pressure of flat die-cutting machine is chosen by comparing the analysis results.At the same time,the signal processing and data transmission and display are carried out in the host computer by means of algorithms and other means.The dynamic sensing technology realizes the integration of multi-directional and multi-disciplinary content,that provides a reference for the development of dynamic sensing technology for process parameters of other equipment in the packaging and printing industry.
