Second in the original foundation to improve the PC program, in additionto the original show record function, at the same time, joining in the data processing softwareMatlab calls. Then, in this topic research, the neural network theory is introduced tomeasuring system, and set up the comprehensive correction of the measurement system isnonlinear model, in order to improve the performance of the system. This paper use strongfunction approximation ability, the BP algorithm of learning multilayer feedforward networksthat BP network to establish comprehensive correction of nonlinear measurement systemmodel, and the fast algorithm of BP network to carry on the training, through the simulation,get the measurement system effective neural network model, the achievement of the processis in the Matlab.Papers on the analysis of the temperature measuring principle and measurement process modeling, and on the basis of the application of computer technology, make full use of theMatlab and VB in data collection, algorithm realization of the powerful features, realize thetemperature measurement data quickly processing and analysis. And in different types of heatpreservation heat preservation effect comparison experiment and aluminum alloy cold ironcasting for shrinkage effect the verification, get the results of the temperature data andtemperature data post-processing, realize the graphic display and through the graphics and thecorrelation analysis of the data, and the results of the experiment and and didn’t handle dataare compared, and meet the requirements of experiments.
