The Research On Data Processing In The Online Moisture Detection System

Moisture content is one of the important characteristic of a lot of chemical products. Inthe process of Chemical product and preservation, Moisture content are required to remainwithin a certain range, which affects their quality and the use effect of these substancesdirectly, especially for granular chemical. If the moisture content of the chemicals exceeded,may lead to chemical degradation, or totally failure if more seriously. This project from thecompany, is a necessary part of the production line quality control, so this study has importantpractical significance.The main content of this paper include: the composition and function of the moisturedetection system, the capacitance sensor to measure the moisture content of the experimentaland the corresponding data analysis, the multi-sensor data modeling, analysis of the error ofthe modeling results, which validated the feasibility of the design of the capacitive sensor andmoisture measurement system solutions. It also designed the PC software in order to achievethe detection system control and data processing functions.Through the moisture content measurement experiments, data collection and analysis ofrelevant data, the main parameters affecting the size of the moisture content are determined.Finally data of temperature, humidity, weight, capacitance sensor output voltage are used asthe main parameters of the moisture content test. According to the experimental detectionconditions and the characteristics of the test data, the paper researches the BP neural networkbased on MATLAB language and RBF neural network model to test moisture content.Through the comparison, it makes an model according to using RBF neural network model tomoisture content in value, and gives the test results, analysis of the accuracy of the test. Experimental results finally prove that the ways to measure moisture of the measurement arefeasibility, and test the moisture measurement of the accuracy of the results according tocontrasting the test results after modeling and practical test results.This research work lastly provides data base for designing the moisture detection system,providing the reference for influence moisture content of the relationship between the variousfactors and the work of other relevant moisture content measurements.
