In the process of producing the beverage, manufactory tends to use PET for beverage-packingbecause of its cheap price, portability, plasticity, capability of proofing against light and recycling.But the thermoplastic PET leakage has been one of the most important factors that could affect thebeverage production quality safety, then this project researches and develops the whole system ofLeak Detect Machine. The research for Leak Detect Machine which could protect the production'squality safety and protect the customer's legal right, compared with the handwork checking, whichcan reduce producing cost and raise productive efficiency; at the same time, which has muchmeaning in terms of the research and achieving for the intellectual products. This system includesthe leak detect machine structure and transmition system, the testing and sensing for pressure ofbeverage bottle system, the display system for transmitting pressure and information processing, themanage and analyze system for data information. This paper does main research in manage andanalyze system for data information.Based on analyzing the whole structure of Leak Detect Machine, the research mentioned in thispaper completes the design about data transmit and process fragment for the Leak Detect Machine.The main function of the system includes, transmitting the production data which are collected bythe junior facility to the senior facility by the serial ports, building database, restoring data,transferring, inquiring and analyzing the data. This software uses database developing technology tobuild database, and through interactive soft design makes the workers could process and analyze thedata-base conveniently, then connects the automatics with the quality control of beverage industrypacking test, and improves the automation of establishment's productive process.To design the data transmitting and processing system, the research uses the Microsoft SQLServer and its Transact-SQL language as tool, which has a well compatibility with the data-basetechnology and is very self-contained in function. Because of the uniqueness, capability inclassification, inheriting and polymorphism of the object-oriented program language, the researchuses the visual programming as the tool, and completes the system by the object-oriented data-baseconnecting and transmitting technology of the Visual C++ software. Simultaneously, the researchsolves the problem in linking the senior and junior facilities by the serial ports and storages the datafrom the junior facility timely into the designed data-base. The data transmit and process systemsdesigned in the research includes four models, which could be used to receive data, to query data, toanalyze data and to output the data, which could meet the need of function to use.In this digital and information age, the explosive development of the data treatment enableshuman adopt new technology to manage and handle data, which is also the root source and value of the object and the class. People use database as background data transacting skill with huge function,through which way, the research and development of their connection and function combine arewell developed, no doubt that the function could be implemented in many different ways. The LeakDetect Machine data transmit and process system that is designed in this research could achieve thereal time implementation in data receiving, the fast development in data storage, the portability indata processing, and could both match the actual demand in manufacture. It's a practical researchand application for data information management and automation.
