Chlorine dioxide which is a weak acid and oxidation has excellent performance ofsterilization, deodorant, bleach, water purification, removal of formaldehyde and so on.With the promotion of chlorine dioxide application market to solve metal corrosionproblem caused by its own characteristics is imminent, To break through this difficultywill be a wider space for the development of chlorine dioxide.Some corrosion inhibitors were studied with Tafel polarize curve, the static weightloss method and scanning electron microscope analysis were used to study the somecorrosion inhibitors. At20℃, Tafel polarize curve were used to screening corrosioninhibitors of brass, A3steel and aluminum alloy. At the same time, explore theperformance of corrosion inhibitor, and the principle of synergies.The results show that: Sodium molybdate, benzotriazole(BTA) or sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(DBSAS) single used could inhibit brass corrosion, and BTA has goodcorrosion inhibitor synergy effect. When total concentration of BTA and sodiummolybdate was300mg/L, their best compound proportion is1:1, and the inhibitionefficiency reachs to93.10%. When the composite total concentration greater than or equalto400mg/L, brass can basically avoid corrosion, in100mg/L chlorine dioxide solution.Sodium benzoate, sodium dodecyl sulfatet(SDS) or wain-60single used could inhibitA3steel corrosion, and SDS has good corrosion inhibitor synergy effect. When totalconcentration of cerium nitrate and SDS was300mg/L, their best compound proportion is3:2, and the inhibition efficiency reachs to67.59%. The inhibition rate was significantlyhigher than the inhibition rate of the same concentration of a single inhibitor, corrosionlevel from severe corrosion reduced to moderate corrosion.Sodium nitrate, dodecyl sulfonic acid sodium salt (DSASS) or BTA single used couldinhibit aluminum alloy corrosion, and sodium nitrate and DSASS showed excellentcorrosion synergies. When total concentration of sodium nitrate and DSASS was300mg/L, their best compound proportion is3:7, and the inhibition efficiency reachs to96.28%. When the composite total concentration reach to600mg/L, aluminum alloy canbasically avoid corrosion, in100mg/L chlorine dioxide solution.
