With the development of productive forces, the progress of the society, cleaning has become a range is very wide, content is very rich practical technology.The plane in People’s Daily travel and in the military has played a very important role. Most of the plane of the surface of the material for aluminum or aluminum alloy. As the plane use fixed number of year of growth, the plane surface deposition salt fog, dust, grease and dirt, which not only affects the plane appearance, more serious, the dirt will become the inducing factors corrosion. In order to prevent and control corrosion, and keep the appearance of the plane, the plane by regular cleaning gentle erosion technology is an important measures.This paper is devoted to the development of a new plane surface cleaning agents, use avirulent harmLess poly vinyl ethers oxygen surfactant, corrosion inhibitor and other additives for configuration, and in accordance with the People’s Republic of machinery industry standard JB/T 4323.1-1999, the oxygen vinyl ethers together water-based detergent for orthogonal experiment, in the experimental process constantly adjust surfactants, corrosion inhibitor and other additives ratio, and strive to make the detergent has good effect, corrosion inhibitor cleaning efficiency high, diluted times high, applicable to all kinds of weather, the venue and after cleaning wastewater polluting the environment, etc.1. Make the cleaner pH value 8 to 11;2. After cleaning must not lead to the film surface appear stripe, faded and popping;3. After cleaning of organic glass does not produce grain, the crack defects such as silver;4. After cleaning of metal do not produce corrosion;5. After cleaning surface not visible oil film right or greasy residue; 6. Cleaning agents in uniform stability should be hard, without delamination, no precipitation;7. Cleaning the low temperature (-18±5℃) and high temperature (90±2℃) should be stable after alternating, can not have precipitation, layered floe content exhalation.
