For making use of reed comprehensively, first through the use of a method for measuring the temperature, measuring the hydration temperature curve of the reed and cement mixture, the compatibility of reed and cement are dealed with. And then making process of the cement reed scrap board are studied, to determine the best process of the cement reed particle board. With the scanning electron microscope, the binding interface of reed and cement characterization is observed,and the combination features of the reed scrap and cement matrix is analyzed. The conclusions are as follows:1. By measuring the hydration temperature of the reed and cement mixture, the compatibility of reed and cement are dealed with, and how to improve the compatibility of them by adopting pretreatment and adding additives to reed. There is low compatibility of untreated reed and cement. Additives can improve the compatibility, among the additives, CaCl2has the best effect. It can improve the compatibility of reed and cement by treating the reed through physical or chemical methods. It can also improve the compatibility of reed and cement by adding silicon fume to replace10%of cement significantly.2. The shape size of reed scrap and proportion of reed scrap have a certain impact on the performance of the cement reed scrap board. Within the scope of this study C-type scrap (size2-30mm×1~2.7mm x0.1~0.8mm), the reed ratio of mixture is14%, using this shape size of reed scrap and this proportion of reed scrap, we make the mechanical properties of sheet well.3. The chemical additive can improve physical properties of the sheet. Using2%of Na2SiO3and2%of the Al2(SO4)3chemical additive combination improves the mechanical properties of sheet more visible.4. Through the cold water, hot water, heat, alkali, and lipase solution pretreatment to reed, the combination between the reed surface and cement is improved to a certain extent, lipase treatment has the best effect to improve the mechanical properties of the cement reed scrap board.5. Adding carbon fiber and PVA fiber can has a good effect on improving the mechanical properties of the sheet.6. By using cold water pretreatment to reed scrap and P.O525mixed to make into board, the physical and mechanical properties can achieve the JC411-91cement wood board standard.
