| Forest is the main body of the ecological environment on Earth. It plays an important role in ecosystem services such as water conservation, soil conservation, carbon fixation and oxygen release, atmosphere purification. But for a long time, forest ecological benefits of value can not be achieved. The operators of forestry resources are unable to obtain the appropriate compensation. This situation leads to the enthusiasm reduction of protect forests’protectors. For better protection and use of forest resources to achieve sustainable development of forestry ecosystem and human society, it is necessary to reflect the value of reasonable evaluation. To achieve the fairness of forest ecological benefit compensation has become the current problems to be solved.Social survey methods, including not only a variety of perceptual methods to understand the actual social situation, but also the statistical analysis of material collected. This paper selected Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province as the study object, respectively based on social survey methods, focusing on the city’s two major forest farms, to conduct a questionnaire survey. The paper did the statistical analysis of survey data based on the log-linear model, factor analysis model, analysis model.Based on social survey data in Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province, the paper did research on the theory of forest ecological benefit compensation, and compensation standard in depth. On the basis of objective assessment and scientific accounting of the city’s forest ecological benefit value, the paper tried to formulate a standard range of forest ecological benefit compensation. Also, based on the compensation situation of the city, the paper raised some thoughts and suggested some recommendations for the forest ecological compensation practice. This paper will not only play a role on the rational allocation of resources, but also provide a useful reference for the government’s decision-making on the realization of the sustainable development of forests. |
