China is one of the countries in the world which sees coal as the main energy. Its coalproduction has exceeded one third of the world’s and the industrial accident related to thecoal industry is highlighted. With the idea of green mining of coal resources and efficientmining put forward, open-pit and underground combined mining increasingly becomes themain way of exploitation of the high yield and efficient mine which aims at the shallowcoal seam. In the mode of open-pit and underground combined mining, the mutualinterface of open-pit and underground has a big impact on the degree and the range ofdisruption of open-pit slope. There are more mines which use open-pit and underground combined mining at homeand abroad, and the application of open-pit and underground combined mining in theexploitation of non-coal mine is relatively mature, while the coal mines which use open-pitand underground combined mining is less. The application and study of influence ofopen-pit and underground combined mining mode on mining disturbance is more in waterconservancy projects and tunnel project, while the study related to coal mines is relativelyless. This article studys the mining disturbance and slope stability in the condition ofopen-pit and underground combined mining. The research method which combines thefield investigation, laboratory experiment, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation isadopted, the evaluation methods of mining disturbance and slope stability which is basedon the plastic limit theory is established. This article focused on the evaluation of miningdisturbance and slope stability taking the southern slope of Antaibao mine as an example.Research results have the very important theoretical significance and practical value inengineering for safety production of open-pit and underground combined mining ore locus.
