| Wetland resources have given mankind a valuable asset. They have many important functions, such as regulation of climate, water conservation and breeding animals and plants. They are essential on the survival of human reproduction. Because of their unique geographical and climatic conditions, the plateau wetlands have an underestimated influence on the global climate and ecology. With the intervention of human activities in recent years and the global impact of climate changes, the plateau wetland will be faced with an unprecedented disaster. Many highland wetlands have gradually disappeared from the earth. Its protection should arouse our attention.The restoration and protection of Plateau wetland are difficult to be overcome in the wetland conservation. This paper aims to investigate the plateau wetland located in Gahai Township, Luqu, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province and to research and explore the plateau wetland restoration and protection of the legal system building. The article discusses the reasons caused by Gahai Lake environmental issues, analyses scientifically and rationally its control measures and the pros and cons of the Gahai lake management measures through ecological feedback, pointing out that its governing feasibility and other highland wetland governance instructive, introducing environmental and resource protection concept of sustainable development into the work of the plateau wetland protection, as well as the existing legal system. The plateau wetland restoration and protection of the reality means to put forward their own ideas into a plateau wetland work in the most solid backing, pointing out that the successful governance of the plateau wetland conservation work should avoid misunderstanding and Gahai Lake points out that the plateau wetland restoration results the importance of follow-up protection, striving to achieve coordinated development of the plateau wetland areas of population, economy and environment. |
