Because the domestic manufacturing level is limited, experience of designers are inadequate, the performance and service life of banana screen is not good enough, beams and plates always appear crack fracture accident in the production,this threats to personal and property safety. Therefore, it is important to carrying finite element analysis before putting into use.SXK3661banana screen is researched and developed by Taiyuan mining machinery group, firstly, according to the structural parameters, the physical model is established in3D software UG, grid unit, material selection and the processing of associated problems are introduced after leading the model to the ANSYS, at the same time the finite element model is amended by many times to solve some ANSYS modeling errors.The subject made static analysis and dynamic analysis on SXK3661banana screen. Displacement and the stress nephogram are got by the statics analysis, and the part of max structural deformation and displacement is shown. the first24order natural frequency and vibration mode is determined by the modal analysis, the results show that the third order natural frequency of banana screen is close to excitation frequency, other frequencies are far from the working frequency, in order to avoid the sieve body resonance, strengthening the local strength is the useful method, adding the under longitudinal beam is used in this subject. The variation curves of displacement and stress with frequency are got by the through the time history response analysis,critical frequency is found in different states, these provide the basis for structural design.Finite element analysis of SXK3661banana screen has great significance for the design and production, and the data provides a reliable theory basis for the designer, it plays the role of guidance to structure improvement and optimization and provides the reference for others. |
