Research On Single Hook Tongue Automatic Welding Standard Programming Surfacing Welding Machine Control

Surfacing technology in the field of welding as an important branch, more and more widely applied in various industries. With the method of the various surfacing increasingly widely application, the method of manual surfacing can’t meet the requirements of operation. In recent years many methods for surfacing welding on development on "high quality, high efficiency, low dilution ratio" the overall goals, for surfacing welding automation laid a foundation.In this paper the PIC microcontroller as control core, use CO2gas shielded welding process, and on the basis of the improvement of the original hook tongue of surfacing machines automatic control system, mainly solved in welding hook tongue when the tip of the tongue of molten pool flows make the problem worse weld moulding. This paper mainly discusses the improvement of the design of the control system of thought, design method and design process, including the control part of the design, the PIC microcontroller programming and debugging method and process.The experiment proved that the control system can improve the welding hook tongue flicked automatically switch welding speed, solve the tongue in the tip of the tongue when hook surfacing welding pool flow problem and improve the welding line moulding.
